Hey everybody, this is the little boy who calls me “ANTIE” with his wierd pronounciation.. he reminds me alot of my brother Xavian when he was that age which is why i got very attached to him.. like my brother, he’s a slow learner but very intelligent when he wants to..

at two and a half, he can hardly talk, but knows all the words.. just plays when others are learning ABCs.. not yet potty trained.. very tough and underestimated his own strength resulting in him appearing like a big bully.. plus, he eats nothing besides his baby food and milo..

and he gets jealous when i carry the other babies and begs to be carried naive to the fact that he weighs so much.. and runs to me for comfort everytime he gets scolded as do the other kids.. haha.. but i’m not complaining.. haha..

and he loves to bully me.. cos he knows i won’t be really angry with him.. even when i punish him i can feel my heart melting and he knows that too.. and when i change him.. he’s so naughty..

today, i was bathing him.. while i was waiting for the water to be warm he tried to squirm his way out of the toilet.. so i sprayed him with the cold water on his bum and immediately he was still with his hands up against the wall like a convict.. haha.. so cute.. and he made me chase him all around the room to put his clothes on.. rascal but so so adorable.. haha..

even the teachers notice that we’re close.. today one of the teachers said “Xandra, your son is here” when his dad sent him to taska.. haha.. eeee!!

but sadly, most of the teachers are fierce to him cos they think he’s a bully while actually he just doesn’t know his own strength.. and the other kids are kinda crybabies and howl even when they walk into him and fall down causing teachers to think he pushed them.. aih!!

haha.. isn’t he cute?? well, don’t think he’ll ever read this cos he’s so young still.. phew!!

oh by the way, running after him was the reason my hair so messy.. haha..

my mummy saying i love you and a big hug..

my daddy coming in every morning to scratch my back..

my brothers when they get angry when guys look at me the wrong way..

when my phone rings a special ring tone belonging to jenlye.. and how he calls me pau pei.. and when he accompanied me to go buy Harry Potter 7 at 6.30 am with his adorable sleepy look.. hehe..

when my doggy puts his head on my lap wanting to be manja-ed..

when Hwei Wan calls me darling..

when Pei tells stories full of her expressions..

when Denise acts cute without knowing she doesn’t need to try so hard

when Ange is in her Mummy-mode hehe.. thanks for keeping us in check..

when Gwong is excited and his expressions..

when Chris makes his famous jokes..

when my seniors wish me good luck for exams.. me knowing full well that i need it very much..

when my friends say hi with a smile =D

at kindy when the kids call me Dr. Xandra.. and when i smell them, hug them, kiss them, and get kissed and hugged back..

and just knowing that there is this person i call Jesus who is always watching down on me keeping me and my loved ones safe..

well, just wanted to say how important it is to hang on to the simple pleasures in life and not let it be swept away by human weaknesses.. God bless!!

In view of the recent Sukses tournament in Summit USJ, the reporters of the Star has interviewed and wrote a report on my two brothers.. whee!! haha..

but however, the report dated 19th July is a hoax as Mr Guna Sammuel is never i repeat NEVER and WILL NEVER EVER be my brothers coach and didn’t teach them the slightest bit.. in fact their first coach was Mr Alan Lee.. i just can’t understand how someone can just claim all the credit for someone elses work and not feel guilty?? needless to say, i’ve lost all respect for Mr Guna.. not that i have very much to begin with..

oh well, the second day’s report was more than satisfactory as it includes a photo of my two brothers with one of their many bowling balls and their biodata..

Adios!!

As of yesterday, i became a kindergarten teacher.. after 2 days, i am really looking forward to going back the next day eventhough i’m super tired by the time i am done for the day.. wonder where those tiny squirmy thingys get all their energy from.. haha..

in the taska, there are kids of all ages ranging from 3 month old babies to secondary children.. so its a good exposure considering that i plan to become a pediatrician.. i also got to learn how to change diapers, feed babies, and look after children.. seriously its not easy!! especially since there are like 20 little kids..

and since i’m new, and relatively soft hearted compared to the other teachers who are very strict, the children have cunningly picked on me to spoil them.. the toddlers would want to be carried and swung around, and the pre-schoolers would co-axed me into doing their writing for me.. aih!! trust me, they have mastered their puppy look..

plus, today i became the tree in the taska when 3 jumping toddlers climb on  me.. and a baby drooling all over.. haha.. but every second is worth it.. even though i am a stranger, i feel so loved by the kids..

there is also this Autistic child who is so cute.. he’s very shy but i managed to get a hug from him.. plus many many sloppy kisses from the kids.. and one little girl even combed my hair today which in the end was more messy but its the thought that counts right??

oh ya, you must be wondering why i picked the title.. no.. not all the kids call me “Antie!!”, in fact their teachers taught them how to call me “Doctor Xandra” haha.. so cute.. but there’s this little boy who calls me “Antie!!” but he does it so cutely that i don’t mind.. plus, he looks alot and acts alot like my brother Xavian.. haha..

oh what can i say, i am so so in love with all my kids in the taska.. can’t wait for tomorrow!! haha..

p/s its good workout.. aching all over.. haha..

Just wanted to say congratulations to Xavier and Xavian for their outstanding performance in the recent Sukan Selangor held in Summit USJ..

I must say the whole Petaling squad has given this tournament their utmost best and eventhough the overall champion is Gombak, but you guys did well..

All in all, Petaling managed to accumulate 3 golds, and 4 silver..

one gold won by Xavier Ang in Singles event

another by Xavian Ang in the All event

and one by girls team event..

the other 2 silvers are by Xavier and Xavian in doubles, and team event.. and 2 by Xavier in All event, and masters..

Good job!!

Results day:

While waiting for results to be released, went watch harry potter 5 at IOI mall.. cos thats the only place with empty seats.. haha.. though i’m a huge fan, but its only honest to say that this movie was quite a disappointment..

then went to uni to wait for results to be released.. reached early so had to wait in suspense..

but in the end.. I PASSED!! whee!! practically my whole batch was there.. there were smiles, and tears both happy tears and sad tears..

anyways, congrats to all those who passed.. my whole gang manage to pull through.. see ya all in Sem 4!!

at night went to the world youth day countdown in SFX.. it was super fun cos it was like a mini concert in church..!! we heard testimonials from several church members as well as Nikki Palikat (malaysian idol finalist) and Point Blank (rapper-Ipoh Mari).. wished you were there eh?? haha..

got home at 5 am and that also skipped the last part of the night – a pilgrimage to St. John’s Cathedral.. cos was too sleepy.. haha..

oh ya, congrats to my two rascal brothers who did well in SUKSES..!! muax.. che che so proud of you mwah!! all the best for tomorrow.. show them what the Ang twins can do..

A few years back i was looking forward to the day where i can proudly proclaim that i am no longer a teenager.. but when that “BIG” day actually arrives, you’ll think to yourself “oh Gosh, i’m getting old!!” haha..

to celebrate my turning 20.. my family had a holiday to Johor together with my brother’s bowling competition.. at the same time, me and my parents are free to go shopping in Singapore *whee!!*

on the night of my birthday, my family bought this romantic little cake (cos none of us are really huge fans of cake) and sang me my birthday song in our hotel room.. cute huh?? 

on the 7th, the three of us went down to the causeway confidently and happily as there was no traffic jam.. while waiting for our turn (mind you, we’re next!!) my dad asked my mum to pass him the passports.. lo and behold, they’re no where to be found!! ARGH..  cos their smart 20 year old daughter left it back in the hotel..

after getting the passports and getting past malaysian borders, my dad was shivering and then i knew it was a panic attack due to the little stunt i pulled.. so after forcing him to pour some sugar which mum keeps little sachets in her handbag in case the mamak didn’t make her coffee sweet enough hehe under his tongue all was good.. PHEW!! my bad..

then we parked in Lucky Plaza on Orchard road and went shopping.. super crowded because of the sale that was going on.. manage to get a couple of uni clothes and a handbag.. but even shopping for like 4 hours was super tiring for a noob shopper like me.. haha.. salute to those girls who can shop the whole day in high heels..

then went to Moz burger where dad ordered this yummy-licious rice burger where instead of bread, they use rice and in between was a chicken patty with generous teriyaki sauce.. *drool* and not forgetting the Ichigo Bliss which are frozen strawberries with whip cream in the centre and a layer of white chocolate.. must try!!

on sunday, we left JB around noon and went to grandma’s house in Malacca.. but not before stopping for a steaming hot bowl of tangkak’s famous beef noodles opposite Senyum super in melaka raya.. its just superb.. no amount of words can possibly describe it..

not forgetting the wonderful surprise my friends planned for me.. was the day after OSCE and we’re quite pissed that 4 irresponsible batchmates brought in handphones luckily we didn’t have to resit our OSCE but that also means results will be out tom at 1700 hours.. argh!!

back to the surprise.. went to midvalley to meet the gang after OSCE and went to eat at chillies.. then they decided to go drink at LaManilla which is this quaint little cafe near the cinema which serves really nice noodles and rice.. while we’re all settling down the waiter suddenly popped up with this huge cake.. and suddenly everybody grabbed their party hat and started singing.. i was really surprised and i’m sure i was blushing.. haha.. thanks guys for the cute party

on monday, me and jen went to uni to check if there was resit.. while we’re on our way, people were sms-ing saying there was no resit.. happy as we were, we had to make sure..

after making sure, we went midvalley to watch transformers and lunch.. at first i was a little skeptical about transformers as were most other girls but it sure did prove me wrong.. and i was able to see the little boy in Jen as he was watching the movie and later recalling the fun he had playing with transformer toys as a child.. so cute.. hehe..

oh ya, tom friday the 13th *drumrolls* our results for EOS 3 will be out!! argh.. hope all turns out good so we can enjoy our holidays

After 5 long short weeks of study break, it finally comes down to this 4 days to determine if Medicine is the right course for all of us..

but i’m sure we can do it after all the hard work, tears and sweat we’ve put in.. jia you M1/06 one last day to fight on!!

to all those who are stressed, take it easy for a clear mind is essential..
