
This a new favourite vege of mine, it is simple, tasty, and healthy!!
Steps:
1. Cut the luffa (petola) into desired sizes.
2. Fry chopped garlic till brown.
3. Add in cut luffa but do not add water as luffa itself will make the dish watery.
3. Add in egg and prawns.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Serve hot =D

Superbly good!!
